Initial Consultation for Non Pro’s and is required before every Individual, Couple or Family Session. Consultation is NOT required before booking Group Sessions.
Cancellation Policy
There are no refunds given for services and all services require payment in full prior to receiving them. For unforeseen circumstances, rescheduling may be permitted. No shows, cancelling agreements and late more than 15 minutes are also non refundable. There are times when Elite will need to reschedule or cancel an appointment and if so, proper notice will be given. A new booking time must be selected with 30 days of previously scheduled session.
