Let's have a CONVERSATION! For the first time in history and probably never again, Dr. Carolyn has opened up her schedule for 1:1 and group sessions for the remaining days in June just for you, as we celebrate National Men's Health Awareness Month and MindHealth Awareness Month. Rollback to 2012 rates is for you. Check for availability.
Cancellation Policy
There are no refunds given for services and all services require payment in full prior to receiving them. For unforeseen circumstances, rescheduling may be permitted. No shows, cancelling agreements and late more than 15 minutes are also non refundable. There are times when Elite will need to reschedule or cancel an appointment and if so, proper notice will be given. A new booking time must be selected with 30 days of previously scheduled session.
